Accommodation continues to be a scarce basic need and with the rapid rate of urbanization the need for accommodation continues to rise and we are positioned to serve in this regard.

The general mining activities and economic growth in Limpopo province attract a great number of people who need accommodation in the region and thus we provide rental accommodation to address this need. Through our property construction projects we also have partnerships that promote and support locally based construction companies and community members respectively.

Our other focused portfolio is on student accommodation. It is estimated, by the Ministry of Higher Education and Training, that there is a shortage of about 200 000 student beds in South Africa and this figure is expected to double by 2030. Additionally, it has been shown that the quality of where students reside contributes to the success of students in tertiary institutions.
